1. Complete the registration form.

2. Submit your completed application email at suzyqforesman@gmail.com or USPS: 750 Susquehanna Trail Rd., Muncy PA. 17756

3. You will be contacted once your registration form has been completed. 

4. All fee-based programs must pay 50% of the total cost once your sessions are scheduled.  Final payment is due on the day of your Equine Assisted Learning session. 

5. Each participant must complete the Liability Release Form before working with our horses. You can download and bring with you or copies will be available onsite. This form must be completed by parents/guardians for anyone under the age of 18.

6. Medical Release forms will be required for all 12-week Curriculum Participants.  This form must be completed by parents/guardians for anyone under the age of 18.

7. All participants under the age of 18 must wear a helmet when working with our horses.

8. Participants must wear close toed shoes while working with our horses. ​​​
